2.3 Refund Policy for Services

Refunds are available if a cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the service date. We will process the refund to the original payment method within 15 days. Alternatively, you may choose to apply your payment to a future session.

Custom development services are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of the work and reliance on dedicated resources. By purchasing a custom service, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include e-guides, tutorials, and templates accessible via download links.

3.1 Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, an email with download instructions is sent. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility.

3.2 Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable given their immediate and irreversible delivery. If you encounter a defective file or a technical issue, please contact us, and we will provide corrected materials or an alternative item at no extra charge.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods include manuals, data storage devices, and branded items.

4.1 Shipping and Risk

We ship goods to the address you provide. Risk passes to you when the package is delivered.

4.2 Returns and Refunds for Goods

You may return unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 days.

5. Payments

We accept credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment is due upon order confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access.
